Background
Petronas ICT (formerly known as iPerintis) was established in 2000 and is today a company employing
over 1,000 people, with offices in 17 locations in Malaysia. Petronas ICT is a MSC-Status company and
the core business involves end-to-end ICT services and solutions for PETRONAS Group of Companies.
The project is IFSSC (Integrated Financial Shared Service Centre) which is an In-House Bank for the
PETRONAS group of companies. The main purposes are:

Real time view of cash positions

Optimise bank accounts
-
Increased oversight of asset liability management and FX exposure at group level
-
Strategic management of working capital through reliable cash flow forecasts

Optimisation and integration between SAP and WSS.
Responsibilities
-
To receive requirements from SAP functional consultants.
-
To start implementation in SAP and update technical specification.
-
To perform unit testing in SAP environment.
-
To inform SAP functional consultant to perform unit testing.
-
To arrange the transport request to quality environment.
Deliverables
-
IFSSC (Integrated Financial Shared Service Centre) Wave 5.

To migrate all the ABAP objects related to bank statement and bank reconciliation from a server to another (e.g. Report, enhancement, tables and etc).

To resign the database structure due to the client Non-Unicode SAP setup and amend those affected programs to cater for new design.
-
To make changes on bank statement (MT940) upload program to cater for UNIX platform and server requirement.

To enhance bank statement standard program FF.5
-
To enhance Virtual Account upload program by adding new functionalities and validation.
-
To fix the issue raised by user during UAT.
-
To prepare Technical Specification documents.

Cutover activities: To configure and prepare data in production server before go-live.

To fix defect raised during post go-live.
