Background
AMS (Application Management Service) - UK Team does support mainly for UK clients only but occasionally will support for Asia Pacific clients as well.
Currently the author has been supporting for Merck (UK), TUAS (APAC), and Schindler (APAC).

continued to make their mark in the local electricity scene to be a premier player in the energy and utilities
market in Singapore.
Schindler is the largest supplier of escalators and the second largest manufacturer of elevators worldwide.
Schindler designs, installs, services, and modernizes transport systems for almost every building type
worldwide.
Carigali PTTEPI Operating Company Sdn Bhd (CPOC) is a company of engineering professionals
providing construction, project management and engineering consultancy services to the offshore oil and
gas industry.

Responsibilities

1. Receive ticket from team leader and download the scope document.

2. Discuss the requirements with SAP Functional Consultant to understand the scenario.

3. Analyse and debug the program in SAP to allocate the issue.

4. Amend, create test data (if needed), and test the program in SAP before transporting to quality server.

5. Release the transport request.
